Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
Items must be in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges on all apparel. If you need a different size, please contact us and we'll arrange a hassle-free exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Intimates and undergarments
Used or opened equipment (e.g., yoga mats, resistance bands)
Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at info.wellnessfitsupplyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and provide a return shipping label if approved.
Ship the item back using the provided label.
